I've been going to Oak St for a little over two years now & I am very very happy with the care I've received there. My PA, the reception staff, the social worker, & the drivers ...all have been kind & helpful. My PA there is very caring & pro active with every issue I've had. They've never dropped the ball or hesitated to help me at any time.
