They were not only unprofessionally dressed but then told me they had cancelled the appt.o n the 2nd via a voicemail! Who listens to there voicemails that often?!?...They said the person I was to see was out sick! They didnt even offer to reschedule and as I sat thete waiting for a return ride there was alot of different employees in the lobby talk
Today was my first visit to Oak Street Health 23rd street. From the time I arrived, checked in, and was called to the back. Everybody was so helpful and cared about my being there. Very caring and friendly medical staff. Thank you
I would not recommend Oak Street Health to anyone! They are an untruthful organization. Their staff is horrible and the office manger is even worse. Their communication is poor and they are rude. If your parents go there make sure you are keeping up with their care because they will neglect the patients. I am transferring my fathers care and I am reaching out to corporate and they better hope I don’t take legal action if the results of their neglect has a bad outcome!
