These terms cover your use of Little Birdy (the "Service"), a free directory that helps people find and contact local businesses. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

What Little Birdy is

We build and publish business listings from public information and let you request quotes from businesses. We are a directory and an introduction service. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a business, and we do not perform the work ourselves.

Listings and ownership labels

We work to keep listings and ownership labels accurate using the information available to us, but we cannot guarantee every detail is complete or current. If something is wrong, tell us and we will look into it. Ownership labels reflect our best understanding at the time.

Requesting quotes

When you send a job through the Service, we share the details you provide with the businesses you selected so they can respond. Choose what you share.

Business accounts

A business may claim its listing to correct details and respond to leads. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for your conduct on the Service.

No guarantees

We do not endorse, license, or vet the businesses listed, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any work. Do your own diligence before you hire.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, scrape it at scale, post false information, or use it to harm others.

Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. If we make a material change we will update the date above.
