Other mechanics were just recharging with Freon and said they could not find the leak and to get it fixed I would have to pay $$$$. Viking found the problem, changed the damaged valves and problem fixed for a fraction of what others try to charge me. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Viking is a keeper. Customer service was excellent. Paul was very kind and. Thank you Viking staff!!!!
The tailgate lift support was not working in my wife's 2005 Envoy. I called Viking and they were able to get the part immediately and got her right in the next day. She went and they replaced the supports on both sides of the tailgate in less than an hour while she waited. The tailgate now works properly and my wife was extremely pleased with the courtesy and quick service provided. We would recommend Viking to anyone needing repairs done to their automobile. We've had other work done on vehicle
Had A/C issues that after 2 trips to the dealer were not resolved. I went to Vikings and in 24 hours had the A/C running colder than it has been in years. Great job done in a extremely timely manner. Thanks Tom
