The Valvoline in Raymore, MO is one of the best! They have been very thorough, super courteous and polite!!! Thank you!
1st I waited 4 hours for them to do a fluid flush on the transmission. 2nd once they did it they didn’t seal the plug and the transmission was destroyed. And 3rd they didn’t pay for a new transmission! Very unprofessional manager too. Never go to this place they will ruin your car!
It was horrible I was the first in and I was there to get my oil changed which should have been 25 minutes in and out took Three people over 40 minutes. People came in after me and they were already done and gone. Sad it was the Manager and Assistant and some other person in charge. I'm a Retired US Navy Veteran and I was ashamed for your Business.
