My maintenance appointment was scheduled for between 0800 hrs and 1000 hrs. Jerry and Kendrick arrived at 0820 hrs went right to work. I have two HVAC units in the attic. The new unit installed in the summer of 2022 and one that was in the home when we purchased it! Kendrick had performed my previous maintenance on my new HVAC unit. Upon inspection of the older unit, Jerry recommended a pull and clean of fan/blower and replacing the ignitor coil. They informed me of the cost to conduct this work
