Wonderful people they took such good care of me and educated me knowing I had never done this before (daddy’s girl) they were great to my 5 year old son made sure we had water and weren’t hot. The kindness and respect in this place is top tier. I’ll never go anywhere else! During my one visit there was one young woman working here, she kicked ass!! All around fantastic experience. -Sarah
Steven, AJ and Joe were very impressive at the Emerson Ave. Very professional, friendly and attentive. I will definitely return for my next oil change. We’ve tried other quick oil change places and have never had service like this. A1 7/1/25 We just returned and had great service again with AJ and jasmine! I’ve been going to this Take 5 Oil Change location since it opened. They truly have the best customer service. We’re talking Chick-fil-a level. The employees listen and care about your opinion. Today I had to go in because the windshield wipers I purchased less than a month ago were bad. They replaced them - no questions asked. Even though I did not ask them to, they checked tire pressure and refilled fluids. They are a well trained staff!
Pulled up to the building and from there everything was fast and easy. I did not have to wait a long time and Jaylen helped me with all the information I needed to know and answered all my questions. Steven who did my oil change was very quick as well. We all joked and chatted and I would definitely come back. The candy and water provided were excellent.
