Were not too pushy about changing or adding things to the oil change. They let me know and let it be my decision. It was a super hot day and they even offered me a water. Appreciate these guys for making it easy and not even having to get out of my car. Great service rom both teams that helped with both oil changes.
I had a great experience getting my oil change done by Roy and Nik — these two genuinely know what they're doing. They were efficient, professional, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or upsold. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and my car was done faster than expected. It's rare to find techs who clearly take pride in their work, but Roy and Nik are the real deal. I'll absolutely be coming back for future service and won't hesitate to recommen
First time here. Quick fast and professional. They definitely check everything and they’ll let you know if something needs to be done. Pretty pleased as I could not get into Mavis to get my scheduled oil changed done, these guys knocked it out in 20 minutes. Akira, the service tech was very professional. Definitely check online for your discount coupon. There were a lot of additional add-ons offered, but they were not overly pushy.
They have a Take Five oil change in Harrisonburg Virginia that I visited while on vacation at Massanutten Resort. Getting my oil changed there was such a great experience that I was excited to find out they had one in Bel Air now. Was overdue a oil change so I decided to go to Take Five and so glad I did! This Take Five it's just as good as the one in Virginia and all the staff was very friendly. Thanks Take Five ,appreciate you!
I had a very lovely experience today. The staff was friendly, professional, and had me in and out quickly. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me into additional services, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciated being able to stay in my car while they worked. Great customer service and efficient service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
