6/26 I chose to get my emissions tested at Take 5 Oil Change this year because they're open later than anywhere else (til 8pm that day). The cost for the emissions test was $25, which is a bit higher than other shops, but their extra late hours & great service was well worth the upcharge! Today I am giving a 10 STAR review to associates Marlowe , Casey, Kittrell, O’Shea, J’Meil, Hikeem, Robert, Jason, Blayce, Connor, Aaron, Teddy, Mauricio, Tavares, Tyler, Alex, Yosef and Joe. They all were extremely professional, knowledgeable respectful and kind. They assisted me with my oil, tires, washer fluid and wiped my windows. They provided a terrific experience. The managers that took care of my car they ran thru they whole car as I was talking with Robert. The assistant manager Mike, popped the hood took out my engine air filter then came around to my passenger door and took out my cabin filter. They filled up my washer fluid nd my coolant Robert went over the oil every option they had broke each one down and suggested the best option for my car. I appreciate how they worked as a team very friendly guys.
