They understand that when they came in, we were having a terrible day, and they did what they could to make everything fast, easy, yet reassuring that it was being done properly and thoroughly. We've unfortunately had to mitigate water damage before and I would use Quick Dry again over previous experiences.
The QuickDry team really supported us after unexpected rain water damage. Blake was there the night it happened til 10:30 pm taking measurements and setting up fans, and then Enrique's crew managed the demolition professionally and thoroughly. We were very impressed with the attention to detail throughout the process and very grateful for Enrique staying the whole day to remediate the water damage. Highly recommend the whole team!
The Quick Dry crew has been awesome. Jesse showed up the morning after we made a late night call and gave us a plan as well as assurance. Eric and his crew (Nico, Genisis, Juan, Luis, & Boris) were friendly, professional, and efficient. They walked us through what needed to be done demo/treatment-wise & were extra accommodating to our needs since we have small kids & pets. I'm happy & very relieved we went with this Quick Dry team.
The entire staff at Quick Dry Restoration was fantastic, from my initial phone call with Blake (on a Sunday), to Chris coming out within 20 minutes of my initial call (again… on a Sunday!), to the demo work by Enrique and his crew. Enrique led a team of 3 men who were fast, thorough, well organized, and clean. No debris left whatsoever. It is always a stressful situation when your home gets flooded.
