Our installer was amazing! He went above and beyond my expectations with the horrible location of our water heater! PlumbCrazy did a great job fitting in an installation and called when an earlier appointment became available.
Very professional. Gave me options of repair vs. replacement...Quickly made the installations, triple-checked to be sure all worked and he cleaned up his work areas. We are repeat customers and will continue to use Plumb Crazy.
Plumber, Chris, called to confirm arrival time, showed up on time, looked over job, gave a written cost, answered all my questions then got started right away, completed job in time estimated. Great experience! Would highly recommend!
