The atmosphere is calm, private, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about your mental well-being, not just about quick appointments. I finally feel like I have a care team that sees me as a whole person. Highly recommend Monterrey Health in San Jose to anyone seeking compassionate psychiatric care.
Dr. Monterrey has been amazing in helping me manage my anxiety, which was also affecting my weight. He really listens and makes you feel heard. I've felt so much better since starting treatment. The staff is super friendly and helpful too!
Dr. Monterrey is an incredibly knowledgable and motivated psychiatrist who I would highly recommend for the highest level of treatment and care! If you have had difficultly in the past, I think Dr. Monterrey can solve problems that others have failed to help with in the past. He truely cares about his patients and is a fabulous practitioner.
I am very happy with how Dr Monterrey's team has treated my mother. They don't just offer therapy or psychiatry, they help you navigate the whole process. They have case management services which has helped with resources, appointment scheduling, and ongoing check-ins. It made everything feel less overwhelming. Their team truly cares.
