They even pointed out that the other company that performed the installation of our water heater several years ago may have missed installing a specific part that was supposed to be present and was not. Within 10 minutes they had tracked down the correct part from another one of their service vans and everything
John was v professional and assessed the situation considering what makes the best for the customer with cost in mind. He was honest in saying he will try to fix as the plumbing fixture was difficult to access and offered a you pay if we can help you mentality. He was patient and was able to replace the fixture effectively and improvising solutions. After the work, he made some nice maintenance suggestions and help us understand why to help prevent issues in the future. We really appreciated his
