We had booked 2 people for 3 hrs but a miscommunication led to only one person showing up. But a prompt callback by Frankie rectified the situation to our satisfaction. Elizabeth exceeded our expectations in 4 hrs and we were refunded the 2 hrs we had already paid for. Amazing and expert cleaning and management.
Lazy Susan’s team did a FANTASTIC deep clean of our apartment, which had been lived in for FIFTEEN years. It looked like a whole new space. Their pricing is also in line with what you get. Highly recommend.
They are amazing! Hired them because there were tough stains in the bathroom and some paint stains on my floor. They did an amazing job cleaning everything!! Would highly recommend. The cleaners were very professional and even arrived a few minutes early to set up and listen to your needs. Will definitely be using them again!
